In association with the first Wuhan Novel Coronavirus case confirmed in Hong Kong today, the Faculty has decided to suspend ALL teaching within ALL hospital compounds (including non-clinical areas) with effect from tomorrow, 23 January 2020, until further notice. The measure applies to bedside teaching at wards, out-patient clinics, clinical attachments, practicum, tutorials, lectures and so on, to be conducted at hospitals for all students in the Faculty.
Classes to be held on Sassoon Road Campus will continue as scheduled.
The Faculty will reassess the situation and update students with the teaching and learning arrangements after the Chinese New Year.
